Community Rules

RELEX community is there for everyone, however we want to make sure that the community offers a positive experience for all visitors. Therefore, these Community Rules have been established. Should there be any questions or issues, please let us know via a mail to community@relexsolutions.com.

Treat Others with Respect

• Use polite and professional language
• Be inclusive, respectful and supportive
• Be constructive in your suggestions and feedback to others
• Engage in no abusive, aggressive, discriminative, offensive, racist, sexist or hostile behavior

Behave Responsibly and Ethically

• Only post content that you have the rights to post
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the community https://community.relexsolutions.com/site/terms
• Make sure your actions breach no laws such as any relevant intellectual property or competitions laws
• Act ethically
• Be mindful that some of the other community members may include the competitors of your organization and behave accordingly in line with the rules of your organization, laws and ethics
• Flag content that is against these Community Rules to RELEX for review by clicking the three dots on the lower right corner of the post and selecting ‘Flag’.

Post Relevant Content

• Keep your contributions in line with the purpose of the community (of sharing thoughts, ideas, suggestions and recommendations relating to RELEX’s products and services)
• Be factual and truthful
• Facilitate collaboration
• Avoid posting duplicate questions and comments
• Never post any spam, self-promotion, advertising or solicitation messages

Protect Confidential Information

• Only post content that you are happy becoming public
• Share no trade secrets or other confidential information of your organization or anyone else, including RELEX
• Neither ask nor otherwise encourage anyone else to post any trade secrets or other confidential information

Maintain Privacy and Security

• Only create and use one user account
• Use your work e-mail for registering to the community
• Respect the privacy of others
• Never use the community to scrape, harvest or collect the contact information or other personal data of others
• Share your name and business contact if you wish, but be otherwise mindful of any personal data you share
• Post no personal details of anyone else
• Share your password with no one else
• Never interfere with the operation of the community
• Never distribute any viruses or similar
• Engage in no behavior that could jeopardize the security of the community or the privacy of the community members

Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using RELEX community (the “Community”) you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the following terms and conditions, you may not use the Community and must discontinue using it.

The purpose of the Community is to enable the users of RELEX’s products and services to share suggestions, recommendations and ideas on the use of RELEX’s products and services. The Community offers a place for the users to interact with each other.

You use and engage in the Community at your own risk and liability. Neither RELEX nor anyone else can be held liable for the information in the Community.

RELEX provides the Community on an as is and as available basis. RELEX gives no guarantees or warranties on the availability, operability, quality or other characteristics of the Community.

RELEX reserves the right to modify the Community and to withdraw your access to it at any time. All information on the Community is subject to change without prior notice. RELEX may also at any time discontinue the Community or its parts.

You agree to comply with the above Community Rules.

RELEX may monitor the use of the Community but has no obligation to do so. RELEX may at its discretion delete or amend content posted by you and the other Community members.

It is strictly forbidden to create an account, engage in the Community or make any such attempts for the purposes of gaining or sharing information on RELEX and its products and services to the competitors of RELEX.

Your user account in the Community is personal. You may not share your password with others even within your own organization. You are responsible for all actions and omissions performed on your account.

You are only entitled to a user account in the Community if you are an employee or other representative of a customer, partner or another authorized stakeholder of RELEX. You must use your work e-mail for registering to the community. You may only create one account for yourself.

You may delete your own user account. RELEX may delete, suspend of terminate your user account in the Community if you no longer work for or otherwise represent a customer, a partner or another authorized stakeholder of RELEX. Additionally, RELEX may delete, suspend or terminate your user account in the Community if you breach these Terms and Conditions or the Community Rules, or RELEX otherwise at its discretion deems it necessary.

In case you delete your user account or RELEX deletes your user account, the content posted by you in the Community will remain by default, but your username will be anonymized.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with Community privacy notice. The Community will use cookies and other tracking technologies. Those are explained in a separate cookie banner or via footer.

You are responsible for all content that you post in the Community. You shall hold RELEX harmless from any claims made by any third parties concerning the content posted by you, your use of the Community and your violation of these Terms and Conditions or the Community Rules.

You use any suggestions, recommendations and other feedback posted in the Community at your own responsibility and risk.

RELEX has no liability for the content posted by you or by anyone else in the Community. Furthermore, RELEX has no liability for any other actions and omissions by you and the other Community members.

RELEX has no liability for any third party materials and websites that are linked to the Community, regardless of whether the link has been posted by you, another Community member or RELEX.

RELEX either owns all intellectual property rights in the Community, all materials and information posted by the representatives of RELEX in the Community and to the products, services and related materials of RELEX or RELEX has licensed such intellectual property rights. No such rights are transferred to you.

You grant RELEX a royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual license to use and incorporate into the products and services of RELEX any suggestions, enhancement requests, comments, recommendations or other feedback shared by you in the Community.

RELEX SOLUTIONS IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE OR ADDITIONAL COSTS OR EXPENSES ARISING OUT OF ANY USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE COMMUNITY. ANY LIABILITY FOR LOSS OF PROFIT, LOSS OF SAVINGS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR LOSS OF DATA IS HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.

The Agreement is interpreted, construed and governed exclusively in accordance with the substantive and procedural laws of Finland, as from time to time amended and in effect, excluding its choice of law provisions and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

In the event that any term or condition of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid, illegal or otherwise unenforceable, such determination shall have no effect on the other provisions, which shall continue to be binding. Lack of enforcement of any term or condition in these Terms and Conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any rights conferred by such term or condition.

RELEX may, from time to time and at our discretion, make changes to these Terms and Conditions and the Community Rules. RELEX recommends that you check these Terms and Conditions and the Community Rules from time to time. You acknowledge and agree that you must always comply with the latest version of these Terms and Conditions and the Community Rules.
